Customers appeal JK Bank chairman
Srinagar, Apr 21: A group of JK Bank customers today complained against Naid Yaar branch, here alleging that the officials were not treating well the clients.
The complainants alleged that the staffers at the branch were treating the clients clumsily. “While receiving deposits or disbursing the amounts against cheques they prefer clients at their choice, without paying attention to others.”
“A few months back my mother complained me against the bad service at the branch. Today I came across the similar situation,” said Zahoor Ahmed, a complainant.
The complainants said they also took up the issue with Meera Jamwal, president Customer Care, J&K Bank.
Meanwhile, the complainants appealed the JK Bank chairman to look into the matter.
