PC concerned over bad roads
Srinagar, Apr 21: The Peoples Conference, District President, Junaid Azim Mattoo has expressed anguish over the dilapidated road network in the City.
In a statement Junaid said the roads in Hawal, Nowshehra, Umar Colony Main Road, Satboni-Sikh Bagh, Lal Bazar and Zadibal were in a dilapidated condition while the government has failed to repair them.
Referring to Zadibal he said: “Both NC and PDP have played havoc with Zadibal and have pushed its inhabitants towards political alienation and cynicism.”
“It is ridiculous that Zadibal has been given the distinction of having streetlights but without streets and government money was being plundered and thrown around to benefit the ruling party henchmen,” he alleged.
