13 RR (Kumaon) organizes medical camp

Srinagar, Apr 23:  A medical camp was organised by 13 Rashtriya Rifles (KUMAON) under the aegis of Headquarters 3 Sector Rashtriya Rifles at Shahgund in Hajan to ensure health and medical care for the civil population of Sonawari tehsil.
 A statement said a team of five doctors attended to all health related complaints of the local populace.
 The team of doctors included three Army medical officers and two civilian doctors namely Dr Altaf Hussain and Dr Tabasum from Primary Health center, Hajan. The team of doctors were supported by five civilian and four Army paramedics.  A total 1429 patients including 742 males, 305 females, 382 children benefited from the camp organised by the Indian Army.
