Customers reject complaint against JKB Naidyar

Srinagar, Apr 23: Customers of J&K Bank Business Unit Naidyar today hailed the services of the branch, while rejecting the “accusations of some customers who had complained poor service in the branch.”
Referring to the complaint reported in a news item by this paper, the wholesale dealers of livestock, who are the customers of the bank, said they were in the branch on that day to deposit cash and “one officer was exclusively attending us without interrupting other customers like old age pensioners, beneficiaries of social welfare scheme etc. who were in the queue.”
“There was no question of favouring clients outside the queue,” they said in a statement.
Meanwhile, All Pensioners Association, block Rainawari, in another statement has also rejected the complaint.
“The staff members headed by the branch head are very cordial and helpful to us and deliver services to the entire satisfaction of customers with zeal and enthusiasm,” the statement said.
Some residents of the in a separate statement said: “The complainant is unwarranted and undesirable act on the part of some customers.”
They have requested the management of the bank to ignore the complaint as it has no basis.
