These are the pictures of dog bite victims who were rushed to Anti Rabies Clinic at SMHS Hospital Monday. Canines bites come at a heavy cost for the victims as the government doesn’t provide free Immunoglobin, something vital for treatment of victims even though it has been spending millions on the construction of dog pounds on the City outskirts and looks ahead for million dollar investment on  canine  sterilization
