Baramulla, Apr 25: The Afferwat Cricket Tournament is going on at Afferwat Cricket Ground Thindma Kreeri.
In the first quarterfinal played on Wednesday, YCC Hail defeated Sun Rise Vizer by six wickets. Batting first, Vizer were bundled out for 84. In reply YCC Hail achieved the required target in 14.5 overs. Sajad Pary was the highest scorer with 31 for them and was declared man of the match.
In second quarterfinal, Shining Star Hail defeated Thindma Young Boys by 38 runs. In the third quarterfinal Kawcheck Tigers defeated Allapora-XI by 44 runs while fourth quarterfinal will be played between Panjipora and Thindma-XI on Thursday.
