BFA to hold trials in Valley
Srinagar, Apr 26: The Goa based football academy, Brasil Futebal Academia (BFA) is going to conduct selection trials in Valley to select Kashmiri youngsters for its academy.
According to a statement issued by J&K Football Association (JKFA), the academy is conducting trials in Valley next month is likely to select 10 players.
“We had requested the BFA Goa to adjust some of our youngsters in their academy. They have accepted our request and are likely to conduct selection trials in Valley during next month,” the statement said.
The players would be selected in the age group of 15-17 years and we are expecting the Academy will select 10 players. They are sending its academy director and two selectors here, the statement added.
The players desirous to participate in trials have been asked to attend the offices of JKFA at Abi Guzar or Polo ground along with date of birth certificate, one photograph and documents regarding achievements in football.
