Open Kashmir Badminton Championship concludes
SSP Gives Away Prizes
Srinagar, Apr 27: The 19th Open Kashmir Badminton Championship organised by J&K Badminton Association concluded at Sheri-Kashmir Indoor Stadium, here, on Thursday.
Senior Superintendent of Police, City, Syed Ashiq Hussain Bukhaari was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes among the winners.
Around 311 participants participated in 24 events ranging from U-10,13, 15, 17, 19 and seniors for both boys and girls.
Among others present on the occasion were, Showket Hussain, SP, Ab. Waheed Shah, SP, Dr Sunil Gupta, SP, Mohd. Sulaimaan Chowdary, SP, Sheikh Zulfikar, SP, Ajaz Ahmed and other Police officials.
J&K Sports Council provided necessary facilities for the conduct of the championship.
