World Veterinary Day-2012 celebrated in Valley

Srinagar, Apr 28: The World Veterinary Day-2012 was celebrated at Veterinary Clinical Services Complex Faculty of Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry, Shuhama at a function here today.
 Chief Guest on the occasion, HoD Clinics, Prof. D.M. Makhdoomi addressing the function spoke on dog menace, control and anti-microbial therapy. Director Research, Prof. Shafiq A. Wani also spoke on the occasion. Later, a rally was also taken out from clinical campus to main faculty campus, where Vice-Chancellor, SKUAST-K, Dr Tej Partap hoisted World Veterinary Day flag and released the veterinary wall magazine ‘Vet’s Vision’.
