Dr Fai Kashmiris’ ambassador: JKPL, JKMM

Srinagar, Apr 2: Jammu Kashmir Peoples’ League chairman Ghulam Muhammad Khan Sopori has expressed serious concern over the awarding of two-year imprisonment sentence to the Kashmir American Council chairman Ghulam Nabi Fai by a US Court, terming it unfortunate.
 “Dr Fai has been actively highlighting the Kashmiris’ peaceful struggle for freedom in the world at diplomatic levels for the past several years,” said Sopori, in a statement, describing him as Kashmiris’ ambassador.
 Meanwhile, Jammu Kashmir Mass Movement chief Farida Behanji has condemned the awarding of two-year imprisonment sentence to Dr Ghulam Nabi.
