Passport denied

This refers to the difficulties of getting passports issued in the valley. I have not been issued passport, the reason being that my cousin crossed LoC in 1989, and has not returned till date. We don’t know whether he is alive or dead. I and my brother wanted to go to Saudi Arabia for work, but it seems a distant dream as our passports have not been issued so far.
