104 vehicles leave for Srinagar
Jammu, Apr 29: Last cavalcade of 104 vehicles carrying 'Durbar Move' employees and record left for ‘Summer Capital’ Srinagar on Sunday this morning from Civil Secretariat Complex here amid heavy security.
This cavalcade included 30 passenger buses, 15 light motor vehicles, one motor bike and remaining trucks. The cavalcade escorted by security personnel, crossed Islamabad (Anantnag) at about 5 pm, when the reports last came in.
Advance parties of vari¬ous departments would receive the records on Monday at Civil Secretariat Srinagar. With last cavalcade moving today, the security staff has opened the Secretariat road for general public.
Police Control Room Jammu informed that 34 police vehicles including 14 passenger buses carrying record and police staff left for Srinagar today
