8th GM T-20 cricket C'ship schedule announced
Doda, Apr 29: The Young Star Cricket Club Doda (YSCC) on Sunday released match schedule of the upcoming All India Cum International level 8th Gufran Memorial T-20 Cricket Championship.
The event will be held from May 10 at Sports Stadium Doda. On this occasion Former Home Minister and MLC Khalid Najib Suhrawardy was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion chief guest Khalid Najeeb Suhrawardy congratulated the YSCC for organizing such mega event in this far flung and remote area of Doda District.
He assured the organizers that every kind of possible help would be provided to make the tournament successful and in this regard he will also apprised about this event to higher authorities particularly, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, President JKCA Dr.Farooq Abdullah for providing the possible support for making this event successful.
In the event apart from national level cricket teams, teams from country like Srilanka, Afghanistan and Zimbabwe will also take part.
