Dog debate
There has been a lot of discussion in the media regarding the dog menace and mauling of people by street dogs in Kashmir. The Government agencies and civic bodies cite court orders or respect for Animal Rights as reasons for their inability to tackle this menace. These dogs should be bundled in trucks and exported to New Delhi, and released near the house of Maeneka Gandhi who claims to be their guardian and caretaker.
