Mugloo elected JKLF district president

Srinagar, Apr 3: Abdul Rashid Mugloo has been elected as district president Baramulla. He defeated his contestant Syed Nisar Ahmad Jeelani, former district president, by majority votes.
 The election to this effect was held today at a delegates’ meeting at Baramulla with Front election commissioner Noor Muhammad Kalwal in chair. The delegates from the whole district participated in the election. The other members of the party election commission including Master Muhammad Afzal, Mir Siraj-ud-Din, Prof. Javid were also present on the occasion.  Showkat Ahmad Bakhshi, Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, Sheikh Nazir Ahmad and Ghulam Rasool Hazari participated as observers.
