Helicopter fares for Amarnath pilgrims reduced

Jammu, Apr 4: Helicopter fares for Amarnath pilgrims who intend to perform Yatra this year have been reduced upto 40 percent.
 Giving details, Navin Kumar Choudhary, CEO, Amarnathji Shrine Board and Principal Secretary to Governor said the pilgrims can get upto 40 and 35 percent discount on Baltal-Panjtarni and Pahalgam-Panjtarni routes respectively.
 Elaborating the CEO said one way helicopter fare from Baltal-Panjtarni has been reduced from Rs 2425 to Rs 1445 per passenger for the upcoming Yatra. Similarly, he said the helicopter fare for Pahalgam to Panjtarni route has been reduced from Rs. 3495 to Rs 2355 per passenger.
