This refers to the report about some eligible persons who have applied for the Petition Writers License before five years. At that time they were told that Hon'ble High Court is going to conduct a written test for the said license but till date not even a single notification has been issued. So.it is requested before your Lordship that the matter may not be further delayed and the appropriate steps may be taken for issuance of Petition Writers Licence.
