Traffic jams on Fridays irk Hazratbal commuters
SYED IMRAN ALI HAMDANI
Srinagar, Apr 6: The commuters traveling down the Habak Hazratbal road have complained of chronic traffic jams on the route on Fridays.
The commuters accused the Traffic police of failing to streamline traffic on this vital road which connects the City with eastern areas, including Ganderbal.
“Today I remained stuck in traffic for around two hours because of traffic jam between the Habak Chowk and Hazratbal,” said Mushtaq Shah a local.
The complainants have appealed the District Development Commissioner Baseer Ahmed Khan to look into the matter.
