PDD-PDC drivers, cleaners union threaten stir

Srinagar, Apr 7: All Drivers and Cleaners Union, PDD/PDC has threatened to go on strike from April 9 if the Chief Engineer M&RE Wing Kashmir does not apologize for what they said misbehaving with a Union deputation.
 “We have decided to go on indefinite strike if the officer does not apologize for misbehaving with our deputation,” said president of the Union, Bashir Ahmad Bhat.
 He said the deputation had gone to CE in connection with the settlement of certain demands. “But he misbehaved with us,” Bhat alleged.
