Al Farooq Colony complains of water scarcity
WE the residents of Al-Farooq Colony Rawalpora By-Pass Srinagar appeal to the concerned Public Health Engineering (PHE) authorities to augment drinking water supply to the area, as the colony inhabitants especially the Musalees going to Masjid are facing a tough time in the scorching heat for want of sustained water supply and the required pressure gradient.
It is for long now that this colony is facing shortage of this precious resource but this summer the problem has compounded particularly in the holy month of Ramazan.
Therefore it is earnestly required that the needful may please be done and at an earliest. We request the concerned PHE Executive Engineer Shafaat Ahmed Qadeemi to look into the matter.
Moreover it is requested to the learned colony inhabitants that they too do make judicious use of this precious resource (drinking water) and thereby take care of the lower riparian households.
