NRHM Srinagar staff seek Union Health Minister's intervention

Srinagar, Aug 17:  Staffers working under National Rural Health Mission in district Srinagar have urged Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to intervene and direct state health ministry to release the salary on Eid eve.
 “The staffers including doctors, paramedics, clerical as well as administrative staff is without salary and keeping in view the Eid festivities, we urge upon Union health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad to intervene and impress upon state health ministry to release the salary of NRHM employees on time and before Eid-ul Fitr,” said a delegation of NRHM employees.
 Alleging disparity among NRHM employees working in Kashmir and in other states, they urged health minister Sham Lal Sharma to remove such a disparity which is impacting their career in NRHM.
