Lt Gen Parnaik greets people
Udhampur, Aug 19: The Army Commander, Lt Gen KT Parnaik, has greeted the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr.
In his message, Lt Gen Parnaik said that Eid-ul-Fitr celebrated at the end of the holy month of Ramadan, a period of fasting, prayer and charity, will bring joy and happiness to the people of the State. He prayed for return of normalcy in J&K.
He hoped that the festival will strengthen our faith and usher in peace, prosperity and happiness in the State.
