PHE announces festival helpline

Srinagar, Aug 19: In a bid to avoid any inconvenience to people during Eid-Ul-Fitr with regard to water supply, the Public Health Engineering (PHE) department has kept a “festival helpline” operational round-the-clock.
 Talking to Greater Kashmir the PHE Executive Engineer for Srinagar, Shafaat Ahmed Qadeemi said the City based control room remains operational round the clock.
 “Not only the people of Srinagar but elsewhere in the Valley can also call us for assistance,” Qadeemi said.
 The helpline numbers, he said are: 2452047, 2477207.
