Shocking news
This refers to the news that Wakf Board has spent Rs.40 lakh on the maintenance of their vehicles and fueling them in the past three years. That means they have spent approximately 83 thousand per month for the same and have just provided assistance of only Rs. 20 Lakh to the needy and poor in three years. It is quite shocking to know how the valuable money of devotees is being misused. The donations to the Wakf Board are made in full faith expecting the proper utilization and not for the luxurious drives to be enjoyed by the Wakf Board officials. State government should order an enquiry into the matter without any further delay so that the valuable donations of the devotees are not wasted any more.
