House gutted at Nundreshi Colony
‘Another fire due to LPG leakage’

Srinagar, Aug 26: A fire broke out in the house of Nisar Ahmad Bahadur son of Muhammad Sidiq at Nundreshi Colony reducing the single storey structure to cinder, police said Sunday.
It said the fire was caused due to leakage in the cooking gas (LPG) cylinder adding that the blazes were brought under control with the help of fire tenders and residents of the area.
This is the second fire incident in the City in the recent past, which as per police, was caused due to the cooking gas leakage. Around a week back, the gas leakage caused fire in Soura area of the City.
