Army tankers distribute water

Baramulla, Aug 3: In wake of the severe water crisis in most parts of this north Kashmir town and its adjoining areas, the 46 Rashtriya Riffles have started to provide drinking water at Binner, Venkari and Khanpora.
 “The battalion has dispatched several of its water tankers to various areas during past 10 days to ensure that residents do not face water shortage  especially during the holly month of Ramadan,” an army spokesman said in a statement.
