Punish guilty
Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has admitted that there was administrative failure at multiple levels at the GB Pant hospital. It is a good gesture which can bring about a positive change in the system. While corruption is the prime cause for the mess, the guilty are yet to be punished. Had there been accountability in the system, the tragedy could have been avoided.
