Dog fear

This refers to the terror unleashed by stray dogs in Kashmir. Fearing dogs, small children, young and the elderly all are afraid of coming out of their homes particularly at dawn and after dusk. Every day we hear news of dog bite incidents. Dozens of dog bite victims are daily being admitted in Srinagar’s tertiary hospitals like SMHS and SKIMS.
