7 injured in Pattan grenade attack
Srinagar, Aug 8: Seven persons, including four policemen and three civilians, were wounded in a grenade explosion at Pattan in north Kashmir on late Wednesday evening, police said.
Talking to Greater Kashmir a senior police official said: “Unknown persons hurled a grenade towards Pattan Police Station late in the evening the device exploded inside the police station injuring four cops and three civilians. The injured were hospitalized where condition of one of the injured civilian Bashir Ahmad Beig is stated to be critical.”
