BANDIPORA KILLING

Srinagar:  Government has appointed Additional District Magistrate, Bandipora, Tariq Ahmad Zargar, as enquiry officer in the killing of Hilal Ahmad Dar of Aloosa Bandipora, who was shot dead by Army on July 25.
 “Those persons who have any knowledge about the incident and are willing to record their statements shall record their statement in his office chambers on August 22 and August 23, from 10 am to 1 pm,” an official spokesman said
