Regulate them

It refers to the news published regarding the recognition of coaching centers in the J&K. The government of J&K does not remember even for 24 hours what they are uttering in the Assembly as well as in the press. At present in only one district, there are about 300 coaching centers claiming to coach for various classes including JKCET, AIEEE, IIT etc. The annoying part of the scenario is that there is nothing concrete in terms of the norms set by the government for such centers. Neither there exist any body which could check the functionality of these centers.
The messy pattern of co-education, 1 : 200 teacher pupil ratio, no heating arrangements, government employee tutors, indiscipline – all this defines the functioning of these coaching centres.
J&K government is requested to look into the matter seriously and come up with a concrete & complete solution once for ever.
