Revise exam timing: Diploma students appeal Board

Srinagar, Dec 10: The students of diploma in engineering whose examination would begin on December 14 have appealed to the State Board of Technical Education to revise the timing of the exam.
“Our examination timing has been set at 9: 30 am. It is extremely difficult for us to reach the centers at the fixed time. We are from different districts and we appeal the Board to revise the timing,” a delegation of candidates said.
Greater Kashmir also received calls from parents of the candidates saying the examination centers have been fixed at city outskirts. “Since the temperature has also gone down, it would be difficult for students to reach examination centers. The parents appealed to the authorities to review the timing.
Pertinently, the examination for all the semesters of diploma in engineering starts Friday.
