The 2013 fellowship will begin August 9. Participants will spend three weeks in Minnesota, travel across the United States for five weeks, then return to Minnesota for the last week of the program, which concludes October 11.
Applicants must have demonstrated leadership potential, five years of full-time news experience and fluency in English. Freelancers are eligible.
