Danish Farooq sent on Police remand

Srinagar, Dec 1: A local court Saturday remanded 16 year old Danish Farooq to police custody till December 9 after police produced him before the court.
Police station Kralkhud presented Danish before the court of 2nd additional Munsiff Srinagar which sent him to police remand till December 9, 2012.
After hearing public prosecutor as well as defence lawyer, Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar Rajiv Gupta sent the Danish for ten days remand.
Danish was recently arrested by police personnel of police station Kralkhud outside lower court here after he was granted bail in another case registered against him in Shaheed Gunj police station
Danish has been booked for ‘attempt to murder’ besides other harsh sections.
