Police traces missing girl
Srinagar, Dec 19: Police on Wednesday traced a girl of an uptown area here who was missing since Monday.
Police said the girl (name withheld) went missing soon after declaration of matriculation results on Monday. A missing report was lodged in Police Station Sadder on Wednesday. SHO Police Station Sadder DySP Vishal Manhas constituted a team headed sub-inspector Mushtaq Ahmad traced the said girl from Harwan Garden within 24 hours.
“The girl had left the home due to failure in matriculation examination. She was handed over to the family after completing formalities,” police said.
