Durbar practice

This refers to the ordeal of Durbar move. There is absolutely no need to move Durbar in view of the availability of  the new information technology. All files can be available by a single click. If the world has turned in to a global village, why can't the two capitals Jammu and Srinagar be linked without physical movement of huge stock of files, men and material. King Muhammad Tagluk committed only once the mistake of shifting his capital from Delhi to Taghlukabad which resulted into many deaths and misery to people, while as we have been repeating this mistake every year since last 140 years. It is high time to abandon this archaic practice.
