TAAK welcomes opening of Khyber Himalayan Resort

Srinagar, Dec 21: Travel Agents Association of Kashmir (TAAK) today welcomed the opening of Khyber, Himalayan Resort & Spa at Gulmarg.
President TAAK Rouf Ahmad Tramboo felicitating the promoters of the hotel, said the need for such world-class property was since long been felt at a place like Gulmarg.
He said such properties should also come up at other tourist sports in Kashmir to give tourism industry a great fillip.
He said the promoters while developing the marvellous property have kept in mind the traditional Kashmir architecture. “The property has been developed in a way so as to make it in synch with the environmental ambiance of the place,”
Pertinently, the hotel was inaugurated by chief minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday.
At an elevation of 8,825 feet in the Pir Panjal range of the majestic Himalayas, The Khyber, Himalayan Resort & Spa, Gulmarg, is a spiralling property over seven acres on a pristine pine Valley.
