Lecturers without salary
Srinagar, Dec 23: Scores of ten plus two lecturers appointed under New Pension Scheme on Friday alleged that they have not got their salaries for past two months as State Government has not released the grants.
“On one hand, governments puts stress on us to perform exceptionally well but on other hand it is least bothered about our remunerations. This is sheer injustice not only with us but also with our families. How can we feed our families when we don’t get our salaries on time,” a delegation of residents told Greater Kashmir.
When contacted, Director School Education Muhammad Shafi Rather said that he is unaware of the matter.
“If they have any such grievance, they should approach me directly,” he added.
