Windstorm victims

This refers to the news item "Sagar distributes Rs 16 lakh among windstorm victims". It seems to be a political game rather than providing helping hand to the people. The concerned MLA has distributed relief in his own constituency but what about those people who are moving from pillar to post in order to get ex gratia from last ten months. They also deserve attention.
