Headmasters suspended

This refers to the news item (G.K. 22December 2012) wherein government put 12 headmasters under suspension because of bad results of 10th class examination and also directed Chief Education Officers to take stringent actions against teachers for their poor performance. This is is a welcome step. There should be a committee that will come out with a detailed report as to why the schools performed dismally.
