Cold unbearable

This refers to the demand of parents for winter vacations to their wards from 1st December 2012. This is the right time to close schools for winter vacations because of growing intensity of cold.  Eighty per cent of schools are not fully equipped with the infrastructure for smooth functioning in chilly days.
