Sad news

This refers to the news ''JK subverts coaching scheme for Scs, OBCs (G.K 27th december). It is very shocking as in this part there is no such institute which provides free coaching to poor backward students. Today  coaching has become expensive and it was some sort of relief for these students. This has happened due to the negligence of administration. Why should they take such initiatives as their own children are studying abroad or in some high profile coaching institutes.
