Baby theft at LD Hospital

Srinagar, Dec 3: Angry attendants Monday held protests outside LD Hospital following theft of an infant from the hospital ward. The infant theft was detected as the baby's mother who on regaining consciousness found the newborn missing from her side.
 The incident occurred on Saturday when the mother hailing from Tangmarg area developed some complications a day after the delivery.
 Confirming the incident, a hospital official said a case has been registered in this connection and efforts are being made to recover the stolen baby.
