Pension scheme

This refers to the new pension scheme which compared to the old one is nothing. Old pension provides security cover to its employes till their death and then offers family pension to  them, whereas in the new one, the government is no more responsible after retirement of an employee. The government employee as well his family is left at the mercy of God after retirement of an employees in the New pension Scheme. This new policy benifits government not its employees.
