Mir at Winter Secretariat from Dec 10
Srinagar, Dec 8: To address the grievances of the people and to interact with them, Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir shall be available in the Winter Secretariat, Srinagar from December 10 to 14, from 11 am onwards, an official spokesman said.
