Man goes missing from Makhdoom Sahib(RA) shrine

Srinagar Feb 14:  A 30-year-old man, Altaf Hussain Bhat son of Ghulam Hassan of Shopian is missing from Makhdoom Sahib (RA) shrine in Shaher-e-Khaas since Feb 12 when he came to the old City to pay obeisance at the hillock shrine, his family said.
 They said Altaf was mentally retarded adding that he got separated from his mother who was accompanying her for Shabh at the shrine.
 “We saw him last at around 10:00 PM,” the family told Greater Kashmir adding that they have filed a case with police.
 When contacted SHO Nowhatta Iqbal Ahmed Shah said the matter was being looked into.
 Meanwhile, the family has appealed the people to inform about Altaf’s whereabouts on 985878685, 9697888919; if they spot him.
