'RS 2700 RECOVERED FROM 26 SMOKERS'

Srinagar, Feb 15:  26 persons were Wednesday fined for smoking in public places in the City while a fine of Rs 2700 was recovered from them, an official handout said.
 “The squad headed by Shabir Ahmed Lone, Food Safety Officer inspected offices of Horticulture Deptt, Engineering Complex, Pollution Control Board, G.B. Panth hospital, LD Hospital, Chest Diseases hospital Dalgate and Old Secretariat,” it added.
