AS College to start BA Hons

Srinagar, Feb 1: Amar Singh College will start BA Honours (English) Programme from the academic session 2012-13.
The college Principal, Professor Zahoor Ahmad Chatt said that the government has accorded sanction to launch BA Honours (English) Programme adding that it would be the first college in the Valley to start the course.
“The admission to the programme shall be open to the students of the entire Kashmir Division and granted to the students of all streams based on the academic merit as fixed by the University of Kashmir,” Chatt said.
The Principal said the college would uphold its endeavour of providing best of the education to the pupil.
