NCC cadets participate in R-Day function in New Delhi

Srinagar, Feb 3: Three NCC cadets, Suhail Ahmad Mir of Boys College Islamabad (Anantnag), Ilyas Rasool and Shakir Ahmad both of Amar Singh College Srinagar participated in the Republic Day parade in New Delhi on January 26.
The Cadets got an opportunity to meet, among others, the President, the Prime Minister and also the Governor of the JK State. Their meeting with the Chief Minister of the State is also slated in the near future. During the rigorous preparations for the parade, the cadets emerged as successful representatives for the parade from a vast enrolment of the NCC Cadets of the JK.
Nodal Principal of Kashmir Colleges, Prof Zahoor Ahmad Chatt, and the Principal Government Degree College, Boys Anantnag have congratulated the cadets for the achievement.
