Suspecting Kashmiris

 This refers to the article” Are Kashmiris soft targets?” by Javaid Malik. The author has nicely portrayed that Kashmiris who go out side the state for different purpose are being subjected to harassment especially students. No doubt Kashmir is a conflict ridden area, but it does not mean every Kashmiri must be looked through the prism of ‘terrorism’.
